Our free, open-source indicators are used directly on TradingView — you can browse this website and use the indicators without creating an account or giving us any personal data at all.

Information you provide to us: We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, for example when contacting us or using interactive features:

• Contact data — Your name and email address when you email us.
• Chat data — If you use our AI chat widget, your email (if provided) and messages are stored in our secure logs.
• Waitlist data — Name and email if you sign up to be notified about upcoming products.
• Paid subscriptions (Probalist VIP) — Where you purchase a paid subscription: your TradingView username (required to grant invite-only indicator access) and payment data, which is processed entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers or payment credentials. Review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and pages visited. This does not reveal your specific identity and is used for security and service improvement.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To respond to support requests and AI chat inquiries.
• To notify you of product updates and launches if you joined a waitlist (unsubscribe at any time).
• Where you purchase a paid subscription: to manage your subscription, grant TradingView access, process payments and send billing communications.
• To maintain website security and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To improve our indicators and Services.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — Anthropic (AI chat), Google (translation), and — for paid subscriptions — Stripe (payments). Each has their own privacy policy.
• TradingView — For paid invite-only indicators, your TradingView username is shared to grant access.
• Legal authorities — When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers — In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity.

We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing partners without your explicit consent.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Yes, sparingly. We use cookies to store your language and theme preferences, and third-party cookies from Google Translate (functionality), YouTube (only after you start an embedded video), and — during paid checkout — Stripe. 5. Accounts & Social Logins

Probalist currently has no public user accounts and does not offer social login (e.g. Google or Facebook login). Our free indicators require no registration with us at all — only a TradingView account on TradingView's side, governed by their own policies.

6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Yes. Some of our service providers (Stripe, Anthropic, Google) may process your data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Third-Party Websites & Embeds

Our website contains links to third-party websites such as TradingView and YouTube, and embeds YouTube videos. Embedded videos only connect to YouTube after you press play (we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Chat logs — up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Waitlist data — until you request deletion or withdraw consent.
• Subscription and payment records (paid plans) — 7 years for legal/accounting obligations.
• Usage/server logs — up to 90 days.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption, server access controls, and file-level protection for stored data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

No. Probalist does not knowingly collect data from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at theprobalist@gmail.com.

11. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
